Osteopathy Fees

For many medical insurance companies, including BUPA, Vitality, AXA, WPA, and AVIVA, I require your: 

i) Membership number 

ii) Pre-approved authorisation code 

iii) First two lines of the address and post code it is registered with 

iv) Date of Birth 

This information is necessary to facilitate billing directly for services related to osteopathy and physical rehabilitation.

Before proceeding with your treatment, please contact your medical insurance provider to confirm that they cover osteopathy services. If you are eligible, they will issue a pre-approved authorization code, which you can then use to contact me or book online for your physical rehabilitation.

Your medical insurance documentation should inform you whether there is an excess required for you to pay. Once the excess amount has been met, a percentage of the costs from your osteopathy sessions will be sent back to you, and this will be covered by your medical insurance as part of your physical rehabilitation.

Please check with your medical insurance provider to determine if they cover osteopathy. If confirmed, you will need to self-fund your appointments with me after each consultation. I can provide you with a fully paid invoice, which your medical insurance provider will require to reimburse you for the agreed amount related to your osteopathy sessions that support your physical rehabilitation.
